The pilot who will represent Azerbaijan in the World Final has been determined.

The winner of the "Red Bull Car Park Drift" competition, which has been held for the second year in the parking lot of the State Flag Square, has been determined.


Niyaz Badiyev, the driver of the car competing under number 11 among 17 participants, was chosen as the winner of the National Final stage. At the end of this year, he will leave for Qatar to represent Azerbaijan in the World Final of Red Bull Car Park Drift. Also, the winners of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th places were Adil Akhundov, Parviz Azizov and Farid Guliyev, respectively.



An international jury from Lebanon and Mauritius took part in evaluating the participants of the "Red Bull Car Park Drift 2023" National Final stage, which was held with the support of the Azerbaijan Automobile Federation. The winner of the championship was chosen by the participant who scored the highest points based on their assessment.



It should be noted that the participants were evaluated not only for their drifting skills, but also for the appearance, sound and volume of smoke coming out of their cars.



It should be noted that in 2012, the world-famous Abdo Fegali, who made the longest drift in Abu Dhabi and wrote his name in the Guinness Book of Records, also participated in the event in support of the participants. The special guest of the competition, the singer Roya Mammadova, known by the nickname HISS, also participated in the event. He played his new track.
