Belarus and Russia agree on natural gas prices

In St. Petersburg, Gazprom Chairman Alexei Miller and Belarusian Energy Minister Viktar Karankevich signed a protocol defining the procedure for setting prices for natural gas supplies to Belarus in 2021.

The meeting in St. Petersburg, which resulted in the signing of a protocol on gas prices, was also attended by Belarusian Ambassador Uladzimir Syamashka.
In 2020, the price of Russian natural gas for Belarus is $ 127 per 1,000 cubic meters.
Earlier, official Minsk demanded a discount on gas prices from Moscow to the level of Smolensk region.
